Brief Description

Article 15 of the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda adopted in 2003, and amended in 2010, includes the following: Every person has the right to physical and mental integrity.No one shall be subjected to torture, physical abuse or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment.
